Bidding Information
• Notice to All Bidders: Time constraints apply to all auctions. Please make responsible decisions and ensure the checkout hours fit your schedule before bidding. Buyer's Premium
• A 10% buyer's premium will be applied to all purchases (unless stated otherwise on the specific auction).
Auction Location

Auction Bidding Close
• Date & Time: Lot #1 begins closing on the date specified in the auction listing at 7:00 PM CST.
• Closing Intervals: Subsequent lots close in 30-second intervals.
• Bidding Extensions: If a bid is placed within the last 30 seconds, the bidding will extend until no further bids are placed.
Inspection / Preview

• Note: The auction company does not provide staff to load heavy items. Ensure you bring sufficient manpower to handle heavy items and boxes for smaller items.
Payment Options
• Accepted Payment Methods: Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, Cash, or Check.
• Credit Card Convenience Fee Surcharge: A 3% surcharge applies to all credit card transactions.
• Payment: All accounts must be settled at the auction site on load-out day in person. Unpaid accounts will be charged to the credit card on file.
Participation Requirements
• Bidders must provide their name, address, daytime phone number, email address, and a valid credit card for bidding approval.
• Currency Type: USD
• Retention of Credit Card Information: By providing your credit card information, you authorize Tracy Robinson Auctioneers to charge your credit card for the purchase amount of any successful bid plus the buyer's premium.
Buyer's Contract
• Bids placed on the Tracy Robinson Auctioneers HiBid site are a binding contract. You are responsible for paying all amounts due. If you cannot pay for and pick up the items during the specified times, do not bid.
Failure to Pick-Up Items
• All items must be removed from the premises at the designated times. Failure to pick up items will be considered abandonment, and the title will revert to the auction company. Contact us before the auction closes if you foresee a problem.
Refunds
• No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Special Terms of Sale
1. Your bid is a contract to buy should you be the winning bidder.
2. All property is sold "AS IS."
3. No returns, refunds, or adjustments.
4. Bidders must be 18 years of age or older.
5. Auctions move quickly! Bid promptly if interested.
6. Any debt collection or dispute proceedings will be heard in Jefferson County, Arkansas.
7. All sales are final. Your bid is a contract to buy should you win.
8. By bidding on any item, the bidder shows acceptance of the auction terms.
9. The auction company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
10. Announcements made prior to the close of Internet bidding take precedence over any written or verbal statements.
11. Auctioneer attempts to describe merchandise accurately but makes no guarantees.
