How do I register to bid?



All bidding is conducted online via HiBid. To participate, you’ll need to create an account through our bidding platform. Once registered, you can bid on any active auction.



How do I place a bid?



Find the item you're interested in, enter your bid, and confirm. Our auctions use a staggered soft-close format—this means items close a few seconds apart, and any bid placed in the final moments will extend the closing time of that item. We highly recommend placing your maximum bid early to avoid missing out.



What is a "max bid"?



A max bid is the highest amount you’re willing to pay. HiBid will automatically bid on your behalf up to that amount, only increasing your bid if another participant bids against you.



How do I pay if I win?



Invoices must be paid on-site during the scheduled load-out. We accept cash, check, and credit cards. If payment is not made on-site, your card on file will be charged automatically for the full invoice total, including buyer’s premium and fees.



When do I pickup my items?



Pickup details (date, time, and location) will be listed in each auction’s description. Typically, pickup is scheduled for the day after the auction ends. You must remove all items during the specified window. If you cannot meet the load-out schedule, do not bid.



What happens if I can’t make it to pickup?



Contact us as soon as possible. While we try to accommodate, we cannot guarantee alternate pickup times. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned, no refunds will be given, and ownership will revert to Robinson Auction Company.



Do you provide loading help?



Our team is unable to assist with lifting or loading heavy items. Please bring any help, equipment, or packing materials you mad need for loading your purchases.



Do you offer shipping?



Shipping is not available unless clearly stated in the auction listing. In rare cases, shipping for small items may be arranged. Please contact us before bidding to confirm availability and cost.



Can I see the items before bidding?



Inspection availability varies by auction. Preview may be offered during scheduled times or by appointment. Always refer to the specific auction listing for inspection details.
